The collection contains six manuscript poems submitted to St. Nicholas Magazine, an illustrated manuscript limerick and ten original illustrations. Letters and a telegram send a picture and verse to Harriet Monroe; request William Hardman Patten pay in advance for two drawings by a Mr. Barnard; apologize to Robert U. Johnson for a delay in seding pictures; inform [Reginald Bathurst?] Birch that a lost manuscript for which he advertised may have been found, and remind a Mr. Kennedy to meet at Howells at four.
